NEWS RELEASE: Immediate SAFE HALLOWEEN FUN & FORMER EXTREME CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING (ECW) SUPERSTAR KEVIN THORN Decatur, IL – The Scream Haunted Adventure on West Eldorado is the safe and fun place to be this Wednesday, October 28 through Saturday, October 31 with ticket prices starting at only $8.00. On Friday, October 30, the public is invited to enjoy both The Scream Haunted Adventure and a special Friday Night Frights Wrestling Bash featuring former Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) Superstar, Kevin Thorn, for one low ticket price of only $10. Wrestling Bash hours are from 7:30 to 9:30 pm and The Scream is open from 7 to 11 pm. Already hosting over 4,000 patrons, The Scream is prepared to scare a record numbers of victims during its final four days of the season. “Our event is designed to accommodate over 1,000 people a night with reasonable wait times,” states event producer, Lori Sturgill. “We hope to see big numbers for our last week.” The Scream Haunted Adventure presents 24 scenes built inside an empty warehouse inhabited by dozens of monsters, beasts and roaming sinister characters. In addition to more scenes for 2009, victims will also experience vertigo as they travel through not one, but two vortex tunnels. In addition to focusing on scary fun, organizers are also committed to providing the public with a safe place to celebrate Halloween. “Safety is a number one priority for everyone involved with The Scream,” states event producer, Lori Sturgill. “We have committed to prevention measures including inspections and police presence during operating hours. We want the public to be safe on Halloween and are dedicated to providing a secure and fun environment.” The Scream Haunted Adventures is open this week on Wednesday, October 28 through Saturday, October 31 on Eldorado and Monroe Streets.
